Role Description

This is a contract role for a Medical Assistant with Front Office Experience at Mary Louder DO, Cairn Medical Group. As a hybrid position based in Holland MI, some responsibilities can be performed remotely while others will require on-site presence. Key responsibilities include providing patient care, managing medical records, and handling a variety of front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating patient information. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient clinic experience for patients.

SKiLLS:

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Experience in managing Medical Office tasks and coordinating front-office operations
• Ability to provide excellent Patient Care and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in handling Medical Records and maintaining their confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant training is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
